I have scoliosis and stenosis. I had herrington rod insertion (with the rod still in and a screw beneath the lamnia) 40 years ago. Further surgery is not an option. I can not lay on my stomach for pain injections. I ve tried PT without perceivable gain against pain. I ve been on Norco but rarely take it due to concerns with addiction. Taking one pill per day for three days in a row leaves me with the lovely side affect of constipation for a week. I do also have heart palpitations and neuropathy. I currently see a Chiropractor 2x per month which I believe has helped in faster debilitation of my condition. Any ideas for pain relief that I haven t mentioned would be appreciated.
