Is Consultation With Chiropractor Advisable For Sciatica?
Hi I have just developed sciatica within the week. Should I see a chiropractor? I live in a ski town in CO. Can I ski? My yogi said I should not do any vinyasa? Just stretching? but no extension of leg backward, so no nordic sking? And no back compression/ Just back extension? thank you, L.
