Is Consuming Too Much Vitamin-B Through Food Harmful?
I have been told omy dr that I may have been taking too much vitamin b, so what is the problem of this?? I only eat salmon and toasy and salad and rice and I also drink about 6banana smoothie s a day which I afd protein powder too, I am now concerned that I may be doing my body damage from this diet?
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
We used to think that B vitamins were harmless because, being water-soluble and can’t accumulate in the body like the fat-soluble vitamins. However, we now know that a high intake of certain B vitamins can be troublesome. So, I suggest to check the vitamin B blood level before continuing with the same diet.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
