Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is Contact With Another S Bodily Fluids A Risk For Contraction Of HIV Or An STD?
I had an encounter with a man who said he was hiv negative. Theres was no anal sex and minimal oral sex with no ejaculation in my mouth. He masturbated are penises together and I ejaculated first then he ejaculated and his semen may have gotten on the tip of my penis and my urethra. Is there a risk of his semen going in my urethra? I believe my semen was coating my urethra but I am not sure
You have not specified if oral sex was unprotected or with a condom on. His semen got ejaculated on the tip of your penis and urethra. ]You should have been more careful. If he was not HIV positive than you will not contract HIV. STD and HIV can be contracted by direct exposure to bodily fluids when unprotected intercourse or any type of sexual activity is performed.
You are at the risk of contracting STD presently, if your partner had active infection during the episode of the sexual activity. You are advised to get clinically examined by a Urologist, get STD tests done. This is to be at the safer side. If the test report shows positive result for STI, you will be accordingly treated with antibiotics/antivirals. Neglecting to get the tests done may cause worsening of the symptoms if your partner had active STD infection.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
