Is Continued Bleeding After Having Sex With History Of Being On Pill For 15 Yrs Concerning?

I have been on the pill for over 15 years
I hadn't had sex for 6 months until last Thursday
I have been bleeding since
It's now Saturday and I still am bleeding
To start it was like my period heavy and its now gotten lighter
I have been skipping my sugar pill so I don't get my period
I have no pain or anything

You are skipping the sugar pills, means that you are taking the first pill of the next pack, after finishing the last pill of the first harmone pills. Means you are taking the harmon continuously.
Some thing has happened, and you should consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. It may be due to the effect of harmons taking continuously.

bleeding could be your usual menustral flow, Wait for few more days , if it does n't stop or recurs in again need to get evaluated to for cause.
The reasons for such bleeding during intercourse could be -
1. Fresh vaginal / peri anal laceration or tear due to vigorous or traumatic intercourse.
2. Cervical polyp
3. Uterine polyp protruding into the cervix.
4. Cervical lesions such as erosions or premalignant changes.
5. Urethral trauma or injury.
get examined by a doctor for further management.
