Is Continuing Myocyst Sachet Prescribed For PCOD Safe During Pregnancy?

My wife was taking Fol123 tablet and Myocyst sachet each daily for the last 1 and a half month as for the treatment of pcod, now day before yesterday she tested herself by using Preganews and found that she is pregnant. I need an advise Doctor that should she continue taking the myocyst or if she stops taking the myocyst will it be harmful.

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Myocyst Sachet is composed of Folic acid, Myo-inositol and Vitamin D3. It would not cause any harm if she stops taking this medication as it contains mainly vitamins.
Since folic acid is essential at this stage and needs to be supplemented, she can continue to take Fol123, as it contains Docosahexanoic Acid, Folic Acid, Mecobalamin as active ingredients.
Otherwise, she can also switch over to folic acid containing tablets only.
