Probably you have missed abortion.
Fetal pole should be visualized in your case.
Repeat Ultrasound should be done after one week to see any progression.
If fetal pole is still not seen then medical termination of pregnancy can be done or wait for spontaneous abortion to occur.It should be guided by your gynecologist.
