Is Convulsions And High Fever Related To Gallbladder Stones?
My father suffers from convulsions and high fever. the fever comes swiftly followed by fainting, excess perspiration, convulsions, low BP. it lasts for about 3-4 minutes approximately. He has stones in his gall bladder and portal hypertension and portal vein thrombosis. The root cause has not been diagnosed as yet. Please help.

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my answer. It look s he is suffering from some sort of infection most likely CNS infection. Gall stones has nothing to do with these. He may need certain tests like blood test, csf test and ct scan may be. You need to take him to the hospital as it may be dangerous for his health.
