Is Cooking After Cleaning An Oven With Chemicals Risky?

I recently cleaned my oven with easy off and cooked a frozen pizza for my kids two hours later. There was a chemical smell coming from the oven when I started it but it went away before I put the pizza in. Are we at risk from the chemicals getting into the food?
