Is Cool Ragging On The Gums With Bleeding A Serious Issue To 16 Months Old?
My 16 mth old daughter is teething currently and I noticed what I thought at first was a tiny tooth but only just realized is in fact a sort of raised tage of gum flesh that when I rubbed on it with a cool rag to confirm if it was a tooth it bled a little. Should I be alarmed?
