Is Cosmelan Good For Pimple Scar Treatment?

sir my skin has al these marks frm all da previous episodes of pimples..i was once on treatment for acne which really improved my skin but with time i lost that glow i had.my friend suggested me cosmelan which whch contains magnesium ascorbic phosphate.
