I have just been diagnosed WITH PNEUMONIA. I went to the doctor after I had begun to cough up blood in the mornings. I felt as if I was smothering after any physical work and even after eating. After 2 CT scans my doctors assistant called to day I had pneumonia and put me on an anti biotic. My question is if I go back to work will I be putting My coworkers at risk.

You may need to rest and stay home if you still have symptom. and to prevent in the future you should stop smoking, influenzavaccination, and pneumococcal vaccination.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
