Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Up to 6th months of age , an infant should only be given his mothers milk. Intestine of a neoborn baby is weak. Mother milk is easily digested by your infant. It also contains antibodies which helps to improve the immunity of your child. It is at right temperature & is microorganism free. Cow's milk is made for intestine of a calf or baby cow. Any other milk can contain bacteria which could make your baby ill.
I would not suggest you giving any cow milk or even formula milk upto 6th months baby as a supplement. If you are unable to produce milk enough to feed them both, then you could give them formula milk after consulting your pediatrician. You should wait untill he is 6 months old.

Refer to your pediatrician

Hope this information helps
