Is Coxsackie Virus Contagious?
How long after the diagnosis of cocksackie is a person contagious? My children and grandchildren had it this week andcseem to be getting over it but not sure I should risk getting it if I babysit tomorrow (Saturday) night. Are you f**king kidding me???? Coxsackievirus is contagious for 1 week. After the 1st week as symptoms subside the chances of virus transmission decreases. By 2 nd week, the affected person is non-contagious.
