Is Cramp In Chest Radiating To Mouth After Stretching A Cause For Concern?

when I stretch I get a chest cramp on my upper right side goes up to my mouth but only last up to 5 seconds. I have a congenital heart defect in which I have my heart more on the right side. I am physical active and never had any medical problems until a few months ago when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. also slight high blood pressure.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, important information are missing here and that is your age and gender it was vey much needed as long as your history is concern, because this could be due to your congenital heart disease or could be nonspecific but this is just assumption because etiology goes on changing according to age and gender, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
