hi,
Essentially, you have normal menstrual cycles. The fluctuation of 3-5 days is normal. This cramping could be a normal premenstrual one and you must seek medical help if you do not see a period further on in this cycle. You should go for a HPT 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine or go for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres for confirmation/exclusion of pregnancy. A trans-vaginal sonogram may be followed if pregnancy is confirmed. Hope this helps.
