Is Creatinine Value Of 130 A Cause For Concern?

My ultrasound report are renal contour is smooth. No evidence of stone and mass. Corticomedullary borders are intact. Pelves and calyces are not dilated. Urinary bladder has smooth wall with no evidence of intravesical echo. My creatinine is 130 not within in a normal range but my Blood urea nitrogen is within the normal range. What does it mean?
