Is Dark Red Spotting Normal During Early Pregnancy?

I think I m pregnant but I m not really sure but yesterday was my 12 after having sex and so I started spotting but today it turned dark red but I m not sure if it s my period or I m actually spotting cause when I pee no blood comes out only when I wipe

Understand your concern
First you have to confirm the pregnancy.
How can you tell that you are pregnant without missed the period and other symptoms of pregnancy (nausea, breast and areola enlargement, darkening of nipple and areola, discharge from breast, tiredness).
Red/dark red Spotting may be due to implantation bleeding if you had sexual intercourse in fertile time of your period (during ovulation time).
You have to wait for period. If period will delay by 10-12 days from your m=normal period date then you have to go for pregnancy confirmation.(home urine pregnancy test: done with fresh mid stream urine sample, BLood HCG and USG scan).
So spotting may be due to implantation bleeding (pregnancy) that should be confirmed.
In absence of pregnancy, it may be due to hormonal imbalance, vaginal infections, perimenopausal symptoms. So these shou;d be rule out by consulting the gynecologist.
