Is Dating Advisable During Adolescence?

My 14 -year-old -daughter s boyfriend touched her private area.. though she didn t want him to, she let him. I didn t want my daughter to date at this age but after meeting John I felt I could trust him. They have been dating for 2 months, and are usually with me and my husband or with friends. They have never kissed or had sex. When the incident occurred, we were at the movie theater...and allowed them to sit alone, alone a few rows back. He is 14 too, knew of our rules.. we feel like he disrespected us, and my daughter. Talked about this ALOT... me And my husband don t know what to do , approach John or make my daughter break up with him. She wants to continue dating him , although still upset. Looking for another opinion.. what do you think! This is stressing me! Thank you!
