Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are having lumbar spondylitis with compressive neuropathy. It can be confirmed by MRI scan of lumbar spine. Its treatment is Diacerine and glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is given for pain relief. Back exercises are of use. Mecobalamine reduces numbness. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
