Is Delay In Menstrual Bleeding A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I took two pregnancy tests it was positive but it was really faint I went to the hospital and the pregnancy test there came back negative I feel like I am pregnant I ve been pregnant before and I had a miscarriage sore boobs and everything.. Missed period

Hi,

No delay in menstrual period is no definite proof of pregnancy. There are several other causes for the same. Yes, delay in pregnancy warrants pregnancy tests.

If you are unsure, you can go for serum HCG and TVS ultrasound to see the gestational sac. I advise you to consult some local Gynaecologist for the same.
