Is Delay In Menstruation A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi... My last periods date was 26th dec, and I didn t get my periods for this month, usually my menstrual cycle will be in 28days, but this time it is already 33days... I m scared of being pregnant because I ve a 4months old baby... Even after my delivery I started getting my periods regularly... Urine test result shows negative.... But still I m afraid.... Need immediate help

Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
You have not mentioned when you did the pregnancy test. Pregnancy test may be false negative in small number of cases if done very early or incorrectly.
Menses may be delayed due to stress, physical over exertion, hormonal imbalance or other reasons. But pregnancy can also be a reason.
I advise you should repeat the pregnancy test. Read the instructions given on the packet and follow accordingly.
Please visit a gynecologist if you have negative test & menstruation does not occur.
