General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
i read your query very carefully. If urine pregnancy test and Beta Hcg test are negative for pregnancy then there is no pregnancy uptill now.
you have to tell some details
1- is it the first time overdue of dates?
2- was her cycle regular previously??
3- was she taking any medication??
After that you should go for pelvic Ultrasound to rule out any pathology then withdrawl bleed may be needed.
Hope so it will be helpful. you can write again for follow up or any query.
wish you good health.
Regards
