Is Delayed Menstrual Bleeding Suggestive Of Pregnancy?

My period is usually very irregular, but for the past two months its came on the exact same day each month and ended on the exact same day. This month it did not come at all and its been six days. Could I be pregnant? Can I take a home pregnancy test or should I wait a little longer?

Pregnancy can not be diagnosed with only symptoms.
Go for UPT after week of missed period and with morning sample of urine.
