Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. As you are suffering from acne have oily face I would suggest you to avoid Elovera cream as it can aggravate your acne. Deriva MS gel contains Adapalene which works very well for acne and used be used at night time with pea size amount for full face. Additionally, you need to complement treatment with oral antibiotics like azithromycin and oral isotretinoin. Apply antibitotic cream like clindamycin twice a day. Use good quality facewash for oily skin like Cetaphil OS clenaser If dryness occurs, use good quality moisturiser like Emolene cream as required. Hope this information was useful.
