Is Dermatologist Advisable For Removal Of Cysts On The Back?

my boyfriend has 2 cyst like growth s on his back that need to be removed (cut out) but he does not have a doctor (he does have insurance though) so I am looking for the right kind of doctor for him to see? would he see a dermatologist for this procedure?
