As per your complain BPPV or BENIGN PEROXYSMAL POSITIONAL
VERTIGO is a disorder of
inner ear and it occurs when the calicified structures present inside the ear stop their movement in a particular direction which is responsible for balance of the body and the negative message goes to brain and causes vertigo..
It is caused commonly due to infection and inflammation of the inner ear..
As far as the extraction is concerned there is a possibility that the vertigo episodes you are getting can be due to side effect of some medicine that you are taking post extraction but in case if it is not due to it and is BPPV then you should consult an ENT expert and get evaluated..
Extractions does not lead to BPPV so it is not exactly associated to it and you need an expert assistance for relief..
