Is Diabetes Curable?
Recently, medical report shows my sugar high in blood contents about 185 after meal and 111 before meal. pls advice what type of diabaties am I facing and is it total curable . AGE 44 / sex M .

in my opinion with the help of above reports i ca say that you are in a stage of pre diabetes.
this pre-diabetes is reversible
but you need to reduce at least 10%of your present weight and try to keep your BMI below 24
But once diabetes is declared it will be very difficult to reverse it.
take balanced diet consult a diet expert for diet plan
yes you can take vitamin suppliment
