Is Diffuse Coarsened Hepatic Echotexture Indicating Chronic Hepatocellular Disease A Cause For Concern?
My blood test is normal but ultra sound shows diffuse coarsened hepatic echotexture which could indicate chronic hepatocellular disease. Can you explain what this means. The doctor recommend strict abstinence from alcohol and no tylenol or ibuprophen . I must be in really bad shape if I can t take any pain medication or have a social drink with friends. Can you explain what this ultra sound means.

Hi ultra sound means it's scanning which detects pathology of solid tissues in thee body such as in ur case it's detects abdominal pathology in liver so pleas kindly follow the advice of ur doctor and be happy
