Is Dignosis Of Colitis With Prescribed Brakke, Omez And Spasmoproxyvan Tablets Serious?

Hi, I am 25 years old. On tuesday early morning I got sever stomach ache, I went to doctor and they gave 3 injections and 2 types of tablets. But, I din't get complete relief from the pain. So, yesterday I went to another doctor and he did songraphy and informed me that I had Colities. He suggested me to use Brakke, Omez and Spasmoproxyvan tables for three days. Could you please tell me what is my problem and whether I need to do any tests.

This seems to be intestine infection more likely. It is not serious to be worried out at this point.

Primary guidelines at present are:
- Drink more liquids
- Follow dietary measures strictly
- No additional tests are required at present
