General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* Narrated chest symptoms can be part of partial coronary obstruction
with or without stress exacerbations.

Kindly discuss need of coronary angiography for best possible evaluation of the cardiac circulation and get best management in that direction only.

Be relax till that time with deep breathing exercises and YOGA on daily basis.

Thank you.
Take care.
