Is Discomfort On Right Side Of The Back Indicative Of Something Serious?

I have light discomfort right side waise in my back, went to work took alieve, came home on heating pad, has subsided not real strong now. Time to take another advil, for sleeping heat seems calm it , should I go to doctor tomorrow, if still there, or just stay home and nurse. Its not severe , after shower but is better right now.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some muscle strain and spasm giving rise this problem.
Wait for 1-2 days more, after spasm and strain over you will be alright.
Meanwhile avoid jolting movement.
Take Alieve when require.
Apply hot fomentation.
Apply some analgesic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
