Hi there,
I have gone through your query and my opinion is:
1) The symptoms of PMS vary a lot even in the same individual. There is no thumb rule about PMS.
2) PMS can cause a wide variety of symptoms depending on your hormonal levels like breast tenderness, fatigue,
dizziness, nausea, irritability, anxiety,
depression, mood swings, cramps, body aches, food cravings, hunger etc.
3) It is too soon to comment on
pregnancy as the symptoms of pregnancy and PMS co-incide to some extent.
4) So, you can get a urine pregnancy test done after you miss your periods, at about 5 weeks.
5) If you want to know sooner, you can get a
blood test called
serum beta HCG, which can give results by 3 to 4 weeks.
6) However, my suggestion is that you do not worry till you atleast skip your periods.
Hope this was helpful.
