Is Doctor Consultation Required For Sharp Pain Above The Eyes?

I had my eyes dilated during an eye exam. The doctor used a drop in my eyes to reverse the dilation. First of all it didn t work and when it got dark I could not drive due to the headlights. That was yesterday. Today I can t go outside in the bright light because I get a sharp pain just above my eyes kind of behind the eye sockets. This happened with sunglasses on. Is this something I need to talk to my doctor about or is it something that happens and everything will be better in a day or so?
