Is Drinking Ensure Counterproductive To The Benefits Of The Clopidogrel?

Im taking Clopidogrel for the last three weeks sincs having a slight heart attack. I ve been eating spinach and broccoli at least every other day. Usually the whole bag. I also drink Ensure once a day. Is this counterproductive to the benefits of the Clopidogrel?
