Is Dry Cough A Symptom Of Hiv?

Hi I am Alberto and I am 14 years old. I wanted to know if a dry cough is a symptom of HIV. I am not sexually active, but I do remember that when I was walking down the stairs I felt something sharp and I didn't know if it had blood on it. If it did, and the person who got cut had HIV could I get the disease? This was in my high school stairs

Please help!

Hi, don't worry just be relaxed. Its not due to hiv. Consult physician and take treatment for your dry cough. Hiv spread by sexual contact, blood to blood contact or from maternal to child. You dont have any chance of hiv. More over hiv virus cannot survive out side the body environment for long time.so no chance for that.
