Can understand your concern..
As per your complain in case if you have pain from the time the
root canal was done and extraction also done during the same time the most probable cause is that the pain is due to any underlying problem or pathology with the root canal and not extraction..
In case if the underlying infection was not completely cured or there is remaining
nerve tissue in any of the root canals due to incomplete cleaning or a missed canal there is persistent pain even after the treatment is completed..
As pain is present from the time the extraction was done there are no chances that the pain has occurred due to formation of
dry socket as the dry socket is formed atleast after 3 to 4 days and even more say about a week after extraction. Only in one case there can be persistent pain if the infection was there and some portion of infected tooth is accidentally left out during extraction..
In both the conditions the removal of the cause of pain can provide relief..
I would suggest you to
consult a dentist and get evaluated and in case there is problem with root canal re-treatment can help..
In case it is due to extraction finding the cause and treating accordingly can help..
