Not really, it depends in the amount you eat, if its small its ok, but if you eat big amounts the rice can absorb water and exband inside your stomach causing pain or even tiering it depending on how much you eat, so in any case best to soak it in warm water before eating.

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. It is not of concern if the amount consumed is small, but if you are consuming large amount of raw rice it is not good for health. It can lead to constipation due to improper digestion as well as malnutrition as due to rice your stomach will feel full but you would not get complete nutritive value. Wish you good health.
