I really LOVE eating dessert, but don't know if I should eat it..please tell me if I can!!!! Can someone please give me an opinion/answer. I am a 19 year old female. 5'5. and 123 pounds. I work out 6 days a week (3 weights/3 cardio). I eat mainly all organic. (no hydrogenated oils, or high- fructose corn-syrups). I have been eating 2 desserts per week, but would love to eat 3-4 per week. Could I eat 3-4 desserts per week without gaining weight?? I LOVE dessert so much and hate that I don't eat it. PLEASE give me an honest opinion/answer. Thank you.
hello.Welcome.One or two desserts are OK but 3 to 4 are definitely no.You are persuading such a healthy life style why should you do it.Although considering your height you can add couple of Kgs in your weight.Good luck.

It's not bad to have desserts once everyweekend, just watch how much desserts you take in If you work out 5x a day 30mins a workout, you should be good with dessert I'm not gonna lie, I used to eat dessert everyday but that changed when I went to the military =]
