Is Ejaculation Without Attaining Full Erection Normal?

Ok, there is this guy that I have been dating. and our first time he could not get an erection, no matter what i did... (he got it, but last for literally 10 seconds!!) I thought this problem was just an isolated incident, but now I'm thinking this is how he is. Although he is very into our make out sessions, he doesnt get/stay that hard. No matter what I/he does, he isn't hard enough to penetrate. BUT, he always ends up ejaculating. Just when I think things are going nowhere because he is so limp, he ejaculates! What is up with that?? Is it normal to not be hard and still ejaculate like this?? Does it mean this is as hard as he's getting?!?! Any opinions or words of advice??

1. First thing we have to identify the cause for the ED.
2. There are three main reasons. first is mood / psychiatric disorder, second is vascular cause ( blood supply) and underlying medical conditions.
3. A counselling and ant penile doppler would help in diagnosing the problem.
4.Treat the underlying medical cause if you have any.
5.As a remedy i would recommend don't think much about sex, it may help in longer erection.
6.It is not normal to be like that . get need full diagnosis and treatment done.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
