Is Elevated BP While Being Chronic Hypertensive A Cause For Concern?

Im 44 yrs of age a chronic hypertensive.5feet 4 inches tall,125kgs body weight.my bp shot upto 256/156 but without any symptoms or uneasiness.i dont know for how long it was persisting. My lipids r normal.kidney doppler normal,going for eco tomorrow.im a bit anaemic.pls suggest

U have hypertension.
It is Better to start Antihypertensive medication.
Exercise regularly.
Regular checking of blood pressure will help.
