Hi good day doc. Im just worried about my ultrasound result, it says Cervix size 25x20x23 mm wth intact abnormalities.. Endocervical and homogenous stroma. IMPRESSION: Average size anteverted uterus thin endometrium compact ovaries no free fluid in the cul de sac. Pls help me to understand my result thank you so much
