Is Endometriosis Advisable While Having Only One Ovary?

HI.IM 48 YRS OLD.MY UTERUS HAS BEEN REMOVED BECAUSE OF FIBROIDSMY .MY LEFT OVARY GOT REMOVED BECAUSE OF ENDOMETRIOSIS OF THE OVARY .I ONLY ONE RIGHT OVARY LEFT IN AUGUST MY GYNAE PICKED UP THAT I HAVE ENDOMETRIOSIS ON THE RIGHT OVARY WHICH IS 6cm AND I WANT TO SAVE IT AS I DONT WANT TO GO ON HRT .CAN IT BE SAVED

It can be saved but then you risk future difficulties and endometriosis complications so it woul dbe much better to have it removed since it may only be worse in future. HRT is not problematic and this is very simple and this would be best solution if you ask me.
