Is Endometrium - 6.1 As Per Follicular Study Normal?

Hello, i am 29 years old, TTC, went for follicle study on day 10, following is the result: rt ovary follicle : 14* 11mm , Lt ovary follicle : small, endometrium: 6.1. Is it all fine?
I am 5 feet in height and 62 kgs is my weight. i am due for next text in 12th day.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

At present stage your follicular study is absolutely normal.You should complete it.
There is a single dominant follicle in right ovary and it will rupture after attaining its maximum size.
Ovulation will be indicated by mild free fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
