Is Endoscopy Recommended For Lower Quadrant Pain?

I am a lower side pain on both sides. Visited physician - taken pain killer, but pain doesn t subside. Got ultrasound scan for abdomen, kidney, liver, pancreas are normal in size. Is this lower back side pain occurs due to gastretis. Do I need to get endoscopy to diagnose the problem.

Hi.
You need an endoscopy- but in this case the Colonoscopy , meaning the endoscopy for a large bowel which is done after a proper cleaning of the bowel and by putting a tube per rectum. You can get CT scan to get other information about the whole abdominal organs and lymph nodes status / cancers .
