Is Enzyme Replacement Therapy Effective For Chronic Pancreatitis?

I had mono back in 2012 since then Ive suffered and have had symptoms of acute/chronic pancreatitis. Im past the worst part of this attack but I have been feverish and very painful. It is the worst attack Ive had up to this point.I wanted to know if digestive enzymes will help me in my recovery phase? I haven t seen a doctor because I have no medical insurance at this time but will soon because I need to see a doctor for this.
