Is eucalyptus oil good for fordyce spots?

Another question: My husband recently had a blood test and the nurse took the cotton after it was blotting his blood, and placed it on the arm rest where he had rested his arm during the drawing of the blood. She took the same piece of cotton, and proceeded to blot his arm again. He is very worried that he has contracted some disease from this incident. Can you offer him any advice?
