Hi doctor, please give me a valuable suggestions. I am 23 year old. 1) I do masturbation almost daily, some times it is 2/3 times per day. It is really harmful for my body and my sextual health? 2)I want to give up masturbation, please tell me scientific way which I can apply at my home. 3) my penis sizes is 5.5 ..... Penis size does not matter in sex.masturbation does not have any harm, seminal fluid pooled inside, gets released like that.

You are young, try to focus on your carrier, don't overindulge, avoid porn and join the gym and do medication. See a psychologist for counseling sos.
