Is Excessive Masturbation The Cause For Fatigue?

I feel too much fatigue. I think its bcz of musterbation. I musterbate 5 times a week. I feel tired all the time. I sleep too much. I don't feel any energy. My exam is ahead. What should I do. plz suggest some medicine that'll
make feel active... I mean it'll prevent my excessive sleep..

Feeling of sleep, fatigue or lack of energy are common symptom after masturbation. These are related to orgasm which is felt after ejaculation. It will not cause any physical damage & no medicine is required for it. Just reduce your masturbation frequency.
To reduce masturbation, You should try to focus more on your studies, education, sports activities, etc. Make new friends & spend time with your friends. You should also avoid watching porn/adult content. You could sleep in such a way (such as tight clothes, wearing gloves etc) that your hands could not gain access to your penis.
For concentration you could use coffee 2-3 cups a day, it contains natural caffeine that would help to become active & reduce fatigue.
