Hello,
Thanks for writing to health care magic, I am Dr Muhammad Ahmad I have closely read your question and will hereby guide you about your health concerns which i fully understand.
Exercise is deifinitely recommended in heart ischemia but it should be SUPERVISED by a doctor or health care professional.
Here in this case there are a few things to consider. How severe is the ischemia you have.. What is the condition of your heart. What i your functional capacity(to what extent you can exert without putting your heart under pressure.
A doctor will do some tests like echo and stress testing to know the severity of your disease and after that they will gradually put you to exercise and will design a program for you.
So my best advice would be to visit your consilting doctor regarding this matter.
Regards .
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
